I have e-mails from their HR reps sending panic e-mails around to hide all the ashtrays and cease smoking any time someone external entered the office. Family-run with highly incompetent leaders in the middle-management layer. No opinion about the top bosses.

Is not o problem for Tabacnatie if you work more then 15 hours on day ,and after they send memo if you like driver do not respect the code 95 ,you must pay the fine because you do not respect the code 95,is a big problem by respect and you do not have any value from them.
