★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je je bedenkt na 2 weken mag je 25% annulatiekost betalen…voor ons was dat 1700€ voor niets te kopen ! Als jonge mensen een hele hap uit onze rekening om ons door verkooptrucs te laten doen. Twee keer denken voor je dit bedrijf een bezoek geeft met hun zogezegde VIP kortingen…. Wij zullen dit bedrijf nooit van ons leven nog bezoeken of aanraden ! Jammer.
 If you change your mind after 2 weeks you can pay 25% cancellation fee… for us that was 1700€ for nothing to buy! As young people a whole bite out of our bill to let us do sales tricks. Think twice before visiting this company with their so-called VIP discounts…. We will never visit or recommend this company again in our lives! Unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell quality, but they also make a big fuss about selling stuff cheaper because they don't have as high working costs to sell and deliver the goods. Which is just a selling technique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very beautiful furniture / home / decoration stuff, we had an invite so got a tour with possibilities to make purchases at the end. There was also a cooking demo of their pans and pots, which were amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was invited to attend a VIP visit of the showroom. The welcome was nice even if the salesman didn't remember the changes I made to my invite...
The collection shown is beautiful although expensive...
At the end of the tour the salesman asked us to select our most loved part and told is the price and ask us when we wanted it to be delivered... when seeing that we wont buy anything he started to become aggressive towards us, making "rules" up and kept on pushing for us to buy at least something...
At the end he asked us for references... we were kind enough to give some... The next day after contacting our references we received a text stating " thank you for the references but 2 of them arent available to come to the VIP tour... this is why we invite people only once"
All in all really bad experience with a frustrated and aggressive salesman...
