★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding in een perfecte ambiance. Zeker in de zomer een aanrader om in de tuin te lunchen/dineren. Ongedwongen service op niveau.
Very good price quality ratio in a perfect ambiance. Definitely recommended in the summer for lunch / dinner in the garden. Casual service at a high level.

Het eten is verzorgd en lekker, maar het kan nog beter. Ik denk dat vele mensen het verschil tussen klassevolle inrichting en dito bediening en de kwaliteit van het eten als een tegenstelling ervaren. Nochtans is de prijs acceptabel, zeker wat betreft de lunch. Voor ons is het in ieder geval een bijzonder fijn adresje waar we telkens met veel plezier naar toegaan. Een aanrader.
Very pleasant restaurant in a beautiful setting. And when the weather is nice, the garden is highly recommended for an aperitif.
The food is good and tasty, but it could be even better. I think many people see the difference between classy decor and ditto service and the quality of the food as a contrast. However, the price is acceptable, especially with regard to lunch. In any case, for us it is a very nice address where we always enjoy going. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The architecture and interior of the building is amazing. It's a very classy mansion with antique, art and historical pieces.
It's imortant to know that this is a fancy and chique place, so don't forget to dress properly. Also, it's very quiet here, so it's not a good place to go to if you want to have intense conversations or loud laughs :-)
However the food doesn't match the expectations. The price of the market menu is reasonable, but the rest of the menu is rather expensive. We've been here several times and we have the feeling that the food isn't as fresh as it should be. Maybe because there aren't enough bookings? It seems like the owner and the cook have already given up and don't put much effort into their business. It's a pity, since the restaurant has character and potential.
