★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to have a drink and a good chat. They have small snacks and good dinner meals. Not expensive. Simple, low priced meals, good beers and other beverages, nice atmosfere, good music. (Music is never too loud, perfect background track to talk over.) Very friendly owner. They even have a nice terrace in the summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hearty, tasty dishes at good prices (try the bolognese), nice selection of beers and great music. Also love the cosy atmosphere with warm low lighting and fireplace. A bit out of the way but worth it, you get the feeling this is an authentic bar the locals would come to, rather than another tourist trap only interested in your money. English menu, staff speak very good english and very welcoming. The additional charge mentioned below is in the menu - it's €3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to go and chill out. It has a nice environment, with very nice and welcoming staff. The suggestions they made were all very good. Here you can have Italian food with typical beer from Bruges (you have a big selection of beer here). Although it is not exactly a pub it has that kind of nice feeling. The location was very convenient for us, since it was near the place where we were staying. If you can, try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wife had the noodle special and I had a meatloaf. Both were recommended by staff and did not disappoint. Also tried 2 beers, one non-alcoholic, both were nice after a long day. Atmosphere and guests all dreamed local and the place was recommended by my airbnb host.
