E	Els Vanhoof on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place for a quick lunch. The menu is the standard menu for a place like this. The variety is wide enough. We were especially surprised by the speed with which our ordered food was brought to our table. Food was good and tasty. Prices here are reasonable, a good value for the money you pay. We could also choose to split the check amongst our party, even though there were only three of us: their cash register can cope easily with this requirement. A place to remember!

The food is not better or worse than you would find in the majority of brasseries in Belgium. Nice but nothing special. The service is a bit on the slow side but that did not really bother us. I'm sure we will go back every move and then when we're hungry, but it will not become our favorite place.

D	Dan Eriksson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Van Hamme is a great restaurant. You'll enjoy the atmosphere here regardless if you're here for lunch or dinner. The staff is always friendly, as well as helpful. Good prices on the food and drinks, and you will always find something good to eat. I can recommend their rundsteak and pasta carbonara, which has always been tasty during the years I've eaten here. The drinks are what you expect, Leffe on tap as well as other classic Belgium beers. They also have some wine.
