Sans évoquer le fait que le jour du test on m'a mid en "urgent" en me disant que j'allais recevoir mes resultats dans les 48h. Inadmissible. After a week still no results ... Every day the lab tells me that the results will arrive the next day. Without mentioning the fact that the day of the test I was "urgent" midday telling me that I would receive my results within 48 hours. Ineligible.

Soi disant ma facture allait arriver par courrier, elle est jamais arrivé...? Vraiment pire labo. Si je pouvais donner 0 étoiles je le ferai sans hésiter. They took more than a month to get my results yet they told me it was going to take a week...I had to wait 4 weeks for results which after all this time I didn't even know if they were reliable... Supposedly my invoice was going to arrive by mail, it never arrived...? Really worse lab. If I could give 0 stars I would without hesitation.

A few weeks later, someone comes up and asks me for my back details in an email written in very bad English, like it’s a scam. A week later I receive just a partial refund. Just avoid
R	Roypim Vichitphorn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ travel PCR, it's urgent. You can contact the center via the form to ask for urgency. They reply, and you have to keep pushing otherwise you lose flight. But i was gonna give one star but customer service Christelle, she do help me get result today! She is a savior!
