Si vous contuneer comme ça je vous dépose port plan contre vous j'ai pas le temps toujours téléphoné et envoyer message........! Stopped sending us a lot of reminders! the invoice I have already paid and you contuneer send me the reminder invoice ? I phoned you person to answer me and I send you the message person to answer me it's weird. If you contuneer like that, I'll drop you port plan against you, I don't have time to always call and send a message........!
G	GG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je viens de recevoir un rappel de facture pour une analyse pour mon chien qui n’a jamais été faite ! Apparemment ils n’ont pas reçu l’analyse…. De plus je reçois un rappel sans jamais avoir reçu de facture et bien sûre ils ne répondent pas au téléphone ! Je ne payerai pas! I just received a bill reminder for an analysis for my dog that was never done! Apparently they did not receive the analysis…. In addition I receive a reminder without ever having received an invoice and of course they do not answer the phone! I will not pay!

You're crooks taking advantage of COVID situation, asking payment for a service you didn't provide! If you don't take action to fix this I will: police and see you in court, you soulless scammers!
J	Jakub Wejchert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total disaster... Nobody turned for at the synlab center! Apparently Doctor couldn't make it. One hour later nothing. No apology, no email, nothing! Go to a pharmacy instead, much better service.
A	Andrea Pavão on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, my parents did the PCR test, to return from the trip my father's result we did not receive, we stayed 1 whole day trying to call you to find out the result, there is only music and no answer, we send an email and nothing. He had to do another quick test to board from Bru/London and when I managed to talk to someone they send me the result with the NIS number and not with his name, which of course was not accepted for the London boarding, having to do another quick test. this was on the 15/01, until today I'm trying to refund the test and I can't get anything, the email that the call center gave me, I only get the return asking for the information and nothing...
D	Daniel Jones on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shockingly bad experience. I arrived in Belgium months ago as part of a press trip. When we arrived, the facility we were supposed to go to was closed and we were directed to another centre in Brussels. When we arrived, the staff made a mistake and charged me for two of our tests when they should have been free as we were just doing our required tests on arrival as per guidelines. The staff said they could not refund me at the testing centre when they realised their mistake but that all I had to do was email Synlab with pictures of my receipts and they would refund me immediately. I did this, and a staff member I won't name for now as I am hoping they will finally refund me (if they ever reply to my email) asked for my bank details for the refund and then changed their mind and said they will not refund me. I have still not received my refund and given that I didn't even receive the service I was mistakenly charged for, I believe this is also a breach of contract. I would never recommend using this company and hope they will refund me before I have to take further actions.
