★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai eu l'occasion (ou, plutôt, la malchance) de rentrer dans cette boîte. Après 4 mois d'activité, celle-ci m'a mise dehors en remettant mon travail et ma personnalité ; à savoir :
- 10 ans que je suis dans l'intérim ;
- aucune intégration dans une équipe de filles #discrimination ;
- mensonge sur la durée de mon préavis ;
- aucun signal d'alarme donné et du jour au lendemain, dehors ;
- un nouveau management et aucune considération sur le travail effectué jusque là ;
- lors d'un budget meeting, un verre de trop et aucune considération ;
- fiche sur le poste de travail incorrecte #fichesurlepostedetravail.be.
Bref, demandeurs d'emploi pour travailler chez eux (consultant), voire, pour eux (intérimaire), passez votre porte et aller à la concurrence.
