★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deze consultanten, mogen niets, enkel zoals aapjes gebakken koeievlaai verkopen. Zolang ze hun target halen of commissie opstrijken is het lang goed. Paraplu en verantwoordelijkgeden afschuiven. Niets voor niets is het verloop in zulke kantoren zeer groot. Een boek kan ik schrijven over de Synergie strapatsen: foute loonbrieven, foute lonen, voor één job te Mechelen passeert mijn dossier over 3 verschillende kantoren, beloofde kledij bleef uit, feedback en opvolging = nul, maaltijdcheques uitleggen; trek uw plan, afhandeling sinds mijn vrijwillig vertrek duurt nu reeds 5weken. Erg... Blij dat ik er weg ben.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf respecteert hun eigen waarden en normen niet die ze uitdragen naar de buitenwereld. Hun medewerkers zijn nummertjes, die ze het gevoel geven aanhoort te worden, maar op het einde van de rit een mes in uw rug steken. Er zijn veel interim kantoren, wil je niet continue voorgelogen worden? Kies dan voor een andere interim. Ik zou normaal nooit zo publiekelijk iets uiten. Maar ben nog heel discreet over wat dit bedrijf allemaal toelaat.
