Nobody replies to our questions, we still have to approve budgets since 2019 and despite sending requests, they just ignore us. I'm wondering what these people do all day. They are a big big scam. Stay away!

EDIT: I did contact them as suggested below and never received answers to my questions. We now are in the process of changing syndic and we discovered they haven't paid the fire insurance and are requesting us money for services they never provided. It's not that Syncura is bad, it's more that Syncura is dishonest and fraudulent.
