A	Aaron Lerch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave them a macbook pro for repair which I purchased this year so I was reassured by them that I'm getting it done under the guarantee for free. However 2 weeks later (!) I get told that I can come to collect it. I'm then asked to pay for the repairs since the repair included a software update and not a hardware replacement!! I asked them whether it is an update that I as a client could have done myself, to which they say that I couldn't. So why am I paying for it? Why didn't they tell me that beforehand and instead provide the illusion of a free repair?? Well, they say 'Switch is not Apple'. Avoid them and get your stuff from Apple and give it to Apple for repairs.
T	Threre Loss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s pretty clear they are pushing to more expensive stuff. I went over to buy the new cheaper iPhone SE and they even don’t have it in the showroom. After asking they brought the 3 colors, all empty. They didn’t want to plug one in to charge because “it takes to much time”.

I wanted to buy a more expensive phone and had only opened the plastic around the carton box. They did not want to exchange it!? If we had bought it online from them, they would have done so?! After going back to the store, they promised to contact us and find an arrangement. After a phone call to the service desk (who refused to put me through with the store or help me with this topic) and 2 e-mails - they have now simply ignored me! The last part is even the worst. Will never a euro in that store again - there are other options.
I	Ivan Sudakov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are literally ripping you off, I strongly advice you to search for help somewhere else. One day my mac did not turn on and I brought it to the Switch centre. They told me that the battery, hard drive and hard drive cable need to be replaced and asked for it 449 euros + 40 euros for analysis. I asked a technician what is the problem with the battery as it is 80% of its initial capacity and holds for 4h... and, the answered surprised me - We run a test via usb and it showed that the battery has to be replaced. Asking no more questions, I came back home and ordered an 11 dollar hard drive cable from ebay, changed the cable in 10 minutes, and you know what? The mac was working! So if you don't want to pay 500 euros for the work that costs maximum 50, find a more honest company.
J	J- L- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just buy your Apple products online (NOT AT SWITCH) The service after you buy your product is awful. Took a perfect working iPhone in to the Service Center Noorderlaan with a cracked screen. Got the phone back and the new screen doesn’t work. Switch has refused to (try) fix it and said there is nothing they can do?! They wouldn’t even offer any kind of compensation for their mistake. The one star is for the employees at the store who were actually very friendly but unfortunately couldn’t help due to the companies policies. They won’t ever be seeing us again at their stores!!!
I	Ivan Herrera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the first customer representative seemed a bit entitled when dropping off my MacBook, the repair itself was fast and the representative when picking up my MacBook was very friendly. Overall a good experience. :) Repair in question was a MacBook 2017 which had some repeating keys. They replaced the whole topcase for free (battery, keyboard, speakers...)

S	Sort My Events on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there couple of times. And lastly they performed beyond expectations. My laptop MacBook Pro 15 inch was in for a battery replacement program. The technicians not only change the battery but the keyboard, palm rest panel (as the battery is glued) and the screen! The last part of unannounced apple recall program. All done for free and ahead of time. Thanks ??
