C'est en 2012 que Sweet *n Fairy naît d'une jolie association familiale entre Sarah, infirmière de formation et David son petit frère, qui a fait ses premières armes dans l'Horeca. Le choix du nom Sweet *n Fairy vient de «Sweet», pour le travail du sucre et de la pâte à sucre et «Fairy» pour le côté féérique, pour faire rêver.
