First off, the restaurant opened a half hour later than the posted time, then the woman serving us took forever to bring us menus, take our orders, or bring us the check, even though we were literally the only ones sitting in the restaurant. In conclusion, food was good, service was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm summer time, Friday night, 9.15 PM, full of people around and we walked in asking if we could get dinner and their answer was that it was too late. Only take away possible. Sloppy people, who don't want to work. Sorry but not really. What a shame, I wanted sushi but I had a pizza at the restaurant just in front. At least for them it was not late.

After 100min I got a cold food, with 5 items missing and no ticket attached.
I called them and they promised (lied) i will get a fully refund. No sign or notification after 5 days.
Overall in the last 3 years I've got similar issues 3 out of 5 orders.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered with them at 19:23 … 3h later the food is still not delivered. I’ve contacted them twice and each time they said it was on it’s way. Can’t judge the quality of food sine I never got it but service is a joke.
Edit: the food was delivered, I am still leaving the 1* as they said they dropped the order and re-did it… which they could have mentioned on the 2 calls we made to them or call me directly.
