★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service with incredibly long waiting times. Took the restaurant one hour to serve us food, with only two tables filled. The sushi itself was either overly spiced or just only tastled like parsley.
20 euros would have been too much for this quality of sushi, let alone fifty.
Corona measures wise, the restaurant didn"t bother to take our names or phone numbers for contact tracing.
Worst restaurant experience I've ever had, just a shame. I'm not angry, just dissapointed.

I was expecting good food during my visit to Liège, but did not consider sushi on my list of foods to try - I only ate there because it was open late and most other restaurants in the area were closed. I am so glad I went there - some of the best sushi I have had in my life, combining numerous flavors and textures. Even the menu is amazing for describing and showing the food, which was presented artistically. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. I am already planning on going back tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started looking for a sushi restaurant when I felt the crave for that amazing Japanese food. The thing is I was in Belgium and couldn’t be sure if choosing sushi instead of famous Belgian mussles was the wisest decision. And here we go, the universe likes the speedy decisions, so I didn’t think much and I found myself in this restaurant. It’s located right at the center of the town. Interior is decorated in a modern and beautiful way, and there’s a Japanese sushi bar with high chairs. Their menu amazed me. It’s simple yet covers a wide variety of options. They have set menus, which is always my favorite. They serve sake Shirakabegura Kimoto Junmai, Nigoro Junmai and Sake Rihaku Junmai Ginjo. They have very friendly and helpful staff and what especially drew my attention is this place is looking exceptionally clean. I would definitely recommend here to my friends and would visit again and again whenever I feel like having a sushi feast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, friendly staff, suitable for dining alone or small group because of limited seats. Take away and delivery are available. My favourite dish at Sushi shop is Salmon teriyaki Poke bowl, really delicious :)
