★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Custom made kostuum met de juiste & gerichte hulp kunnen samenstellen. Mo heeft ons verder geholpen, was een heel vriendelijke joviale gast die perfect wist waarover hij het had. Heel fijne ervaring, en uiteraard super content van het uiteindelijke kostuum!
Being able to put together a custom made costume with the right & targeted help. Mo helped us further, was a very friendly jovial guy who knew perfectly what he was talking about. Very nice experience, and of course super content of the final costume!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maandag rond 18 uur ben ik de winkel binnen gelopen, maar niemand kwam helpen. Een een andere klant kwam binnen en werd direct geholpen, terwijl ik nog altijd aan het wachten was. Beide bedienden waren bezig met de ene klant. Daarna kwam hij bij ons. Halverwege ging hij weer weg en kwam niet meer terug. Ik stond daar meer dan een half uur te wachten. Ook keek de mevrouw ons elke keer met een vies gezicht aan.
Ik wou 2 pakken op maat bestellen, maar dit doe ik niet meer hier. Je vindt zeker een betere en klantvriendelijke plaats dan hier.
Dit doe je niet met klanten!
Ik ga zeker een klacht indienen!!
Monday around 6 pm I walked into the store, but no one came to help. Another customer came in and was helped right away, while I was still waiting. Both servers were busy with the one customer. Then he came to us. He left halfway through and never came back. I stood there for over half an hour. The lady also looked at us with a dirty face every time.
I wanted to order 2 suits made to measure, but I no longer do this here. You will definitely find a better and customer friendly place than here.
You don't do this with customers!
I will definitely file a complaint!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. De medewerkers kennen hun vak en helpen graag. Mijn costuum voor mijn trouw hebben zij in orde gebracht. De bestelling ging vlot en het custom made costuum was er al binnen enkele weken.
Very friendly employees. The employees know their trade and are happy to help. They have put in order my costume for my wedding. The order went smoothly and the custom-made suit was ready within a few weeks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with Mon. When I can in to the store i was immediately greeted, offered something to drink and we got to work right away. I was looking for something navy. I listened to mon's advise on the colour and tried on the jacket and pants he chose for me. They looked great! Of course it needed some adjustments. Mon did a great job at measuring out what needed to be adjusted. When I came back for the 2nd fitting everything was snug as it should be. It fit perfectly to my measurements.
Overall I am more than satisfied with the service, advise and end result of both Mon and the team at Suitsupply Waregem. If I ever need another suit, they'll be seeing me again!
