★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff. I ordered safety gear online, which didn't fit, so i went by the store to exchange the two items. Adviced me that there was higher quality safety gear for only €10 more and helped my find the best fitting helmet.
FYI to other customers: try to remind yourself that small businesses don't have the options that monster corporations such as amazon have.
Free shipping is a luxury some can't afford, and small businesses don't have the customer service teams like they do. Sometimes things go wrong.
Not affiliated, my mom used to run a small business so i understand the struggles =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever hesitate about the best skate shop to buy from, don't hesitate anymore! It's them! After getting some radar wheels from them (the express service is incredible!), I was supposed to have them less than a week later (when I am in the UK! Efficiency!). BUT ups lost my parcel. So I called the shop and let me tell you, the staff are the loveliest people ever! They sent me a new set of wheels the same day and are helping with the ups claim, when legally they had no obligation to do so! So if you ever hesitation, just don't! Thank you so much guys! I will definitely shop again from you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It happened several times that the website said "instock" but when I ordered, the products were suddenly sold out. I did not receive any notification and I had to contact them after 4 weeks to find out what was happening with my order.
Currently I am waiting for costumized skates where I looked very closely that all parts are in stock. Well, as always, the Plates were suddenly sold out and I get no answer and information, when and if my skates still come.
I really want to support small skate stores and also believe that this is a lot of work, but the customer support and the website are unfortunately really bad.I don't want to attack you, I like your store very much, but the long wait and no answer frustrate a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately overseas shipping seems to be a problem, I do not recommend ordering internationally from this shop. In order to calculate shipping costs you must place an order- the pending transactions for my order ended finalizing on my credit card and I am waiting for a refund.
I emailed them 8 days ago as well as 2 days ago, and am still waiting for a response. Settled the refund they apologized.
