Voor onze groep waren de ademhalingstechnieken een serieuze eye-opener. De manier waarop je lichaam reageert bij die oefening was echt indrukwekkend.
Het spectaculairste is natuurlijk wel het ijsbad en Dominique brengt de Wim Hof methode met een dergelijke flair dat je volledig klaar bent om in een ijsbad te stappen.
Ik neem deze technieken mee om dagelijks even tot rust te komen. Bedankt!

For our group, the breathing techniques were a serious eye-opener. The way your body responds to that exercise was really impressive.
The most spectacular is of course the ice bath and Dominique brings the Wim Hof method with such a flair that you are completely ready to step into an ice bath.
I take these techniques with me to relax every day. Thanks!
