Et beaucoup d’avis négatifs à leur sujet. Je pense même qu’une certaine discrimination est de mise pour notre dossier ! Si on ne pouvait mettre aucune étoile, il n’y en aurait pas ! We visited a rental apartment, we are still awaiting news from the agency. No professional conscience. And a lot of negative opinions about them. I even think that there is some discrimination for our file! If we could not put any star, there would be none!

Elle faisait apparemment un remplacement, nous avons envoyé plusieurs mails et coups de téléphone sans obtenir de réponse. Nous avons informé cette personne tant verbalement que par écrit, que nous étions intéressés. Nous avons enfin reçu un mail pour nos réponses, même pas deux heures après, on nous informe qu’une offre inférieure est acceptée ??? Sans que le ou les autres candidats soient avertis d’une possibilité de surenchère éventuelle !? Quel manque total de réactivité et de professionnalisme !!! Il est vrai que nous ne sommes pas Flamands ! Incompetence and or discrimination !!! we visited an apartment, during this visit the person did not know how to answer our questions. Détendu ET sérieux seraient les bons adjectifs. As a new tenant, I appreciated their professionalism, their honesty, which is far from being the case with other agencies, and also the warm contact.
