Pas facile de trouver le magasin (c’est en face de la maison communale, un peu au dessus de l’amour fou), mais il y a du choix. Je ne savais pas vraiment choisir, mais le vendeur m’a bien aidé et conseillée, une bonne adresse.
Not easy to find the store (it's in front of the town hall, a little above l'amour fou), but there is a choice. I didn't really know how to choose, but the seller helped me a lot and advised me, a good address.

J’ai acheté un matelas à 1000 euros en mai dans ce magasin. Au bout de 2 nuits j’ai réalisé qu’il était beaucoup trop mou et que je me réveillais avec mal au dos le matin. Je suis retourné au magasin pour leur demander un échange avec un matelas plus ferme. Le gérant a tout d'abord refusé, argumentant que je l’avais déballé, et ce malgré le fait que leur site met en avant la possibilité d’essai à domicile sans préciser qu’il ne faut pas déballer (je ne sais pas comment il est possible d’essayer sans déballer vu l’emballage en plastique très épais??). Mise à jour: le gérant est finalement venu chez moi et nous avons trouvé une solution à l'amiable.
I bought a 1000 euro mattress in May from this store. After 2 nights I realized it was way too soft and I woke up with back pain in the morning. I returned to the store to ask them for an exchange with a firmer mattress. The manager initially refused, arguing that I had unpacked it, despite the fact that their site highlights the possibility of a home test without specifying that it should not be unpacked (I don't know how it is possible to try without unwrapping given the very thick plastic packaging ??). Update: the manager finally came to my house and we found an amicable solution.

Début janvier pendant les soldes nous avons commandé un matelas haut de gamme et payé un acompte de 716 €, on a dit que le matelas n'était pas en stock et qu'il serait livré dans un délai de 4 à 6 semaines. Entre-temps ça fait 2 mois et on n'a aucune nouvelle c'est toujours à nous d'appeler pour savoir où ça en est et ça fait des semaines qu'on nous répète que ce sera la semaine prochaine mais nous n'avons toujours pas reçu le matelas ! la personne au téléphone ne s'excuse même pas ou ne propose aucun geste, et ensuite nous demande de rappeler la semaine d'après... nous sommes très déçus du service et trouvons que la façon de communiquer avec les clients n'est pas très professionnelle
At the beginning of January during the sales we ordered a high-end mattress and paid a deposit of 716 €, it was said that the mattress was not in stock and that it would be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. They will tell you anything to get your business. For every worry, they'll have an excuse to sell you a Medium Bultex Mattress. It's all they want you to buy - no other mattresses is good enough! Ask around for soft or firm mattresses, they will have 1 or 2 too firm or too soft options, to steer you towards the "right option": the same Medium Bultex Mattress they try to sell on everybody. In the end, they will ask you for 30€ for a mattress cover. In my case, they even told me it was a "legal requirement" for the warranty to get the mattress cover and that I had to get it. I just walked out... Just ask yourself: What the hell is Bultex? Why is there no Wikipedia page for Bultex in English? I'm sorry, this is just a regular latex mattress. Go in knowing these people are not honest, will say whatever it gets for you to make a purchase, you will be cheated, they will never exchange a mattress and will try to avoid complying with the warranty at all cost. Avoid at all cost.

Very bad experience: unprofessional and rude personnel that try to sell you any of their mattresses while you try them covered with two layers of wrapping plastic. They will convince you that their Bultex “whatever” is the best for you, that they go to the factory and they know how they make it, that it’s really premium and that you have no idea and as a client you need to listen to the professionals! Results: constant back pain night after night and the inhability to return this expensive mattress. Our 5 years old ikea mattress was in better shape than their Bultex after 5 months! About their mattresses: I do not think they they are really Bultex. They only put 5cm of bultex material (dense foam) on the top of them so that they can put the Bultex logo. As a proof, check out bultex.fr and you will see that their mattresses do not exist in the manufacturers website!
