★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: the driver was 5 min at the station with full tram, slowly cleaning his place. If you know that you have employees that are slow and careless about their obligation perhaps you should avoid allowing drivers to switch in morning? If this would have happened in London the driver would have been fired. Walking could be faster to get somewhere. You have tram on Tuesday morning every 6 min which is unacceptable
