J’ai vraiment été frappée par l’esprit familial de cette maison où l’humain et le respect de la personne est au centre des préoccupations de l’équipe. Quelle différence en comparaison avec d’autres résidences. What a magnificent haven of peace. When you walk into Stephenson and talk to residents, you immediately sense a family and caring atmosphere. I was really struck by the family spirit of this house where people and respect for people are at the center of the team’s concerns. What a difference compared to other residences.

A grands traits: implication, écoute, bienveillance, empathie, rigueur, sérieux, patience, propreté et j’en passe. Sans oublier les talents du chef coq dont la cuisine est unanimement appréciée. Bref, une excellente adresse pour tous ceux qui souhaitent un environnement paisible et familial pour leurs proches. Depuis le Covid 19, Stephenson Garden n’a certainement pas failli à sa réputation et relève le défi d’allier professionnalisme, adaptation aux bouleversements induits par le virus, résilience et humanité. Après le Covid 19, nul doute que ces qualités seront encore au rendez-vous. F. N'hésitez pas à y placer vos aînés, ils s'en occuperont très bien. Pour ne rien gâcher, les 2 personnes de ma famille qui y résident sont enchantées pas les plats préparés par le chef coq. Cadre de vie très agréable et immense jardin arboré. Finally a family and independent rest home which takes care above all of their residents. Not to spoil anything, the 2 people of my family who live there are delighted by the dishes prepared by the chef coq. Very pleasant living environment and huge wooded garden.

It is a pleasure to know that your family is in good hands. The staff at Stephenson Garden are warm, dedicated, caring, attentive and serious. The setting is pleasant and green, the family atmosphere, and the cuisine has never disappointed us. It just feels good there. The house definitely has our confidence.
F	Françoise Picqué on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vous qui lisez peut-être cet avis parce que vous êtes à la recherche d'une maison chaleureuse, n'hésitez pas, même si Stephenson Garden est loin de votre lieu de vie habituel. Votre bien-être (ou celui de votre parent) prime avant tout! Ma Maman, il y a 8 ans déjà, a choisi elle-même d'entrer en maison de repos. Et elle était très heureuse de vivre dans l'adorable Balmoral (55 résidents, une directrice et un personnel adorables et compétents) jusqu'à ce que la maison soit rachetée par une de ces grosses sociétés françaises dont l'objectif principal est financier. Elle a perdu petit à petit sa joie de vivre et son autonomie, sans compter plusieurs pertes matérielles. Les vols sont fréquents dans ce genre de maison où le personnel est aussi maltraité que les résidents. La pandémie n'a rien arrangé, bien au contraire, elle a rendu encore plus flagrants les manques déjà existants. Aussi avons-nous, mes sœurs et moi, décidé d'amener notre Maman à Stephenson Garden. Malgré le confinement, elle y a été très bien accueillie et nous avons pu l'aider à aménager sa chambre. Le personnel est aimable et prend toujours le temps de l'écoute. Les résidents vont et viennent et vous font la conversation. Cette maison respire la sérénité et la chaleur humaine. Ma Maman n'y a malheureusement passé que les 4 derniers mois de sa vie mais jusqu'au dernier moment, elle y a été entourée avec respect et humanité. Mon seul regret : ne pas avoir osé ce déménagement plus tôt. Your well-being (or that of your parent) comes first! My Mom, 8 years ago, chose herself to enter a nursing home. And she was very happy to live in the adorable Balmoral (55 residents, a lovely and knowledgeable manager and staff) until the house was bought by one of those big French companies whose main focus is financial. Little by little, she lost her zest for life and her autonomy, not to mention several material losses. Thefts are frequent in this type of house where the staff are mistreated as much as the residents. The pandemic did not help anything, on the contrary, it made the already existing shortcomings even more glaring. So we, my sisters and I, decided to bring our Mum to Stephenson Garden. Despite the confinement, she was very well received and we were able to help her set up her room. The staff are friendly and always take the time to listen. Residents come and go and make conversation with you. This house exudes serenity and human warmth. My Mom unfortunately only spent the last 4 months of her life there, but until the last moment, she was surrounded with respect and humanity. My only regret: not having dared to move earlier.

Stephenson Garden est une maison de repos ou il règne une ambiance chaleureuse , ou le personnel est très attentionné et dirigé par une direction attentive et engagée pour offrir la meilleure qualité de service possible. je comprends pas les avis négatifs qui ne correspondent pas à la réalite vécue. Venant de Woluwe l'accès est assez rapide via Vilvorde aux heures de pointe +- 30 minutes. Parking disponible (ps je n'ai aucun intérêt personnel dans ce home) Very good nursing home Chosen for my mom, following a stroke, without any regrets the most important thing was to have her in good hands and it was a great success.
