A	Andres Llantén on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The station obviously need to be renovated. It seems like it's stuck in 1980 or something, it's old, the floor it's old ugly cement in the platforms, the bathrooms are tiny little spaces, the restaurant is not that inviting for you to go and wait for your train, there is a full lack of chairs and space on the main building (the reason why lots of people is waiting on the entrance and doors). There are mod in some of the tunnels and low the waiting zones are clean but very old. This station is an international station (whit trains coming from France) it should be as beautiful as Liege or Ghent. The cycle/bike boxes are nice and I think that's a good aspect of the station. By the way, many people gets confused with the sides A and B of the platforms, allowing people to take the wrong trains separates (especially if you don't speak Dutch), a total nightmare. The Kotrijk region is a quite rich region I think this station can be so much better than this.

F	Fr. Mikhail Nabil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This station has no LIFTS, so moving with luggage is really hard. And it is even harder when you have a stroller. It does not even have an electric escalator. If you need to take any train, you’ll have to carry everything up the stairs. One of the staff was kind to help us load the stroller to the train which we barely caught because of going down and up the stairs.

The station is also easy to traverse and well connected to public transport. Parking a car nearby is difficult, so it's easier to go by bike or walk or have someone bring you/pick you up at the station.
