β β β β β This bank (Antwerp branche) is a disaster. Since 19th December 2014 their computer system has crashed. Up till today (28/01/2015) they are uncapable to send me and other clients any statements by mail (like they did before). Now, I have to go there every day to ask them my account statements. Everytime they promise me that their problem will be solved "next week". Worst of all : their internet banking system does not work either.
