This lack of interest for the customer and reaction of the staff working there is not acceptable from someone working at Starbucks. Starbucks is well known not only for the great coffee they served but for the service and experience they offer. This time was a terrible experience and the service provided didn’t exist at all.
I dont recommend this shop. Just continue ahead and pick a coffee somewhere else where it is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although most starbucks are usually crowded, I have never waited for 20 minutes just to get a drink, when I was in a hurry to get on the metro. This cafe is more for people who have a lot of time to spend or sit down to eat. Staff was helpful and prices were like all other starbucks, although drinks were 20 cents cheaper then the one in the Grand Place. Nice location for a Starbucks, and always helpful to have one around you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place where to take a coffee and do some quick work on your laptop. Good mood of the people here, very chill and friendly. Quality... you know where you are it's Starbucks very average coffee. Overall, I came to do some work, quick calls and have an spot for few hours, nothing to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably expensive for drinks, sandwiches and cake pieces that either taste bad, have no flavor at all or are of very little portions when it comes to the cakes. The staff is friendly, but they almost ever can't spell your name correctly (I've been here a lot of times) and the service is slow. I mean, do you really need like 3 minutes to heat a sandwich up?! And is it so hard to understand "Cold latte with no ice"?!
Edit: I asked for a Pink Coconut this time and got something that wasn't bad but literally more than half of it was just ice! (See pictures here). Disappointing.
