Definitely a tourist oriented place.

It’s open from early in the morning and many people goes there for good service and due to popular branding “Starbucks”. You tend to see majority of tourists go get their coffees there.
Price wise are okay. Staffs are friendly.
There are limited seating areas as you expect people got sit there for a short time and go (it’s not always the case of course).
There are also other coffee shops so for those people who are on the budget can easily find at the same area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at Starbucks central station and had a train in 15 minutes. I just ordered a lungo coffee which is the easiest thing to make. I got attended by an employee named Nassim. Payed and waited for my coffee. It was taking a long time. There where ppl in front of me agreed. I was about to miss my train. So I asked politely to a staff member if he could just give me my coffee please. I’ve worked for Starbucks in the past and I know that a Lungo coffee is already pre-made. I asked a second time to Nassim, explained politely that my train was about to leave. He gave me my coffee and said that I shouldn’t ask for coffee when I have a train to catch. The woman working next to him laughed when he said that. I would like to know what the managers think about this behaviour? Does Starbucks think this type of behaviour is proper? The problem with big franchises is that eventually you have ppl working there who don’t care about the business. Eventually I missed my train, even though I was 15 minutes early and they couldn’t put pre-made coffee in a cup?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have any of the "winter" drinks advertised. Moreover, I wasn't allowed to sit where I was drinking the coffee, because they started cleaning the floor with a broom, so all dust came on to us. Not really great.
