★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Starbucks itself is already expensive enough and this place, even though it's nice, it's obviously more expensive because of its position in the city. Their frappuccinos are insanely pricey and not so good either.
Spending so much of your money in this place is just not worth it, because you'll end up receiving something that doesn't taste like much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting toilet, had to clean it myself before I could use it. Only 1 for 50 people. The sweets buns were old and stale. Management think disabled folk are good to point and stare at. Find a proper café, nobody in Belgium can get Fast Food right. Wasted 20 minutes of my life here. Go elsewhere please !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here loads of times. Today we got a grande filter, Pike Place and a new summer Teavana Blood Orange Iced Tea. The coffee was good, as good as anywhere, but the ice tea was gorgeous! So yummy, sweet and sour. Definitely want more. Expensive though, but look at the location! Recommended.

Been back and had horrible experience. No tea available twice and no filter coffee. Refused to make any and insisted on charging the extra for Americano. Which was like warm weewee. Not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good flat white, but I was ignored in the queue for service and the person behind me served first. When I protested, the server seemed indifferent. Not the usual quality of service that I expect from Starbucks. This outlet needs to train staff better? The person served before me was very nice with a much better attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Sit outside if you can and soak in the Grand Place at cheaper prices than the neighbouring cafes. Open during Covid. This is one of few coffee places in downtown Brussels to have stayed continuously open since the March 2020 lockdown. Thanks guys! This is normally a place bustling with tourists and the staff copes amicably with the footfall, multiple languages and toilet requests (there is a tiny one up 4 steps). Due to Covid, the toilet and the seating is off-limits. Coffee is OK (locals go to Cafe Sablon, when its not covid closed) and usual selection of cakes etc. However, check on freshness since the footfall is very lite at the moment. Note that like other Starbucks in Beglium, this outlet is a franchise (AutoGrill) so they do not participate in Starbucks' Rewards nor online ordering.
