Mais : heureusement que je précise que je n'ai jamais fait de guitare électrique et que je n'ai pas de matériel, le vendeur oublie de me proposer un câble pour raccorder la guitare à l'ampli.. j'ai eu la présence d'esprit de le demander in extremis. Je venais chercher une guitare électrique et j'en voulais une avec barre vibrato, mais le vendeur a oublié de me la mettre avec, pas grave, l'erreur est humaine mais bon, je rentre chez moi sans et je peux y retourner le lendemain, perdre 1h30 de mon temps et 5€ de trajet, pas de geste commercial malheureusement, pas de proposition d'envoi par la poste ou quoi que ce soit. Je pourrais bien évidemment le demander sur place, mais j'attends d'un commerçant qu'il soit bon commercial et qu'il le propose lui-même.
Soyez attentifs si comme moi vous n'y connaissez pas grand chose...
Friendly sellers and giving good advice. But: fortunately I said that I have never made an electric guitar and that I have no equipment, the seller forgets to offer me a cable to connect the guitar to the amp .. I had the presence of mind to ask for it at the last minute. I came to get an electric guitar and wanted one with a vibrato bar, but the seller forgot to put it on me, no big deal, the error is human but hey, I go home without and I can go back the next day , waste 1h30 of my time and 5 € of journey, unfortunately no commercial gesture, no proposal to send it by post or whatever. I could of course ask for it on the spot, but I expect a trader to be a good salesperson and to offer it himself.
Be careful if, like me, you don't know much about it ...

Make sure they really have the model you're buying in stock before purchasing, otherwise avoid buying in their web-shop. I have purchased a model that was out of stock (and not informed on their website, therefore I didn't know that), a refund was promised after that, but that was almost 2 weeks ago and yet I didnt receive my money back.
- As for the Brussels offline store, I've been there once in person, the staff was really friendly and the selection was great, but committed the mistake of buying online with them. -
- UPDATE -
After almost one month and more emails than I can count, I have finally received the refund I was promised. Still, I believe that customer service has a lot to improve and considering my experience + feedback from other customers I would still say: avoid this ONLINE shop.
As for the OFFLINE SHOP IN BRUSSELS, sorry Kevin, but you still carry the same name/brand as the online shop that brought me so much stress. I'm improving this review to 3 stars as I really had a good experience in your store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy a looper pedal and was helped very well by the staff. They took their time to explain how to set it up at home, what was needed in terms of power supply, cabels, etc. Upon my request, they also set me up in an amp room to test the pedal. Very helpful and nice staff and great place in general. Will definitely return.
