Alleen misschien een aparte kassa voor klanten die lotto komen binnen doen?
Omwille van de lange rij voor de lotto word er vaak niet gevraagd om je boeken als cadeau in te pakken. (Zelf alles ingepakt thuis). Vorige keer ben ik opzij moeten gaan staan omdat ik boeken wilde laten inpakken als cadeau, zodat men eerst een heel deel van de rij voor de lotto kon doen. (Op dat moment 10 personen voor mij, enkel voor een lotto of euromillion).
Ik koop voortaan verder enkel nog online met thuislevering net als toen alle winkels gesloten waren, dit is veel handiger.
Verder, een leuke winkel, met van alles wat. Vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam personeel.

Just maybe a separate cash register for customers who come in to do lotto?
Because of the long line for the lotto, you are often not asked to wrap your books as gifts. (Everything packed at home). Last time I had to stand aside because I wanted to have books wrapped as gifts, so that people could do a whole part of the line for the lotto first. (At that time 10 people in front of me, only for a lotto or euromillion).
From now on I only buy online with home delivery, just like when all stores were closed, this is much more convenient.
Furthermore, a nice shop, with a bit of everything. Friendly and very helpful staff.
