★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a book with 3 to 5 days of delivery promised. Called after 8 days, lady on the phone told me it had to be ordered from the wholesaler and they could not provide me a date of delivery. So why do they mention 3 to 5 days and why not warning in my mailbox that it could take longer. I wanted the item within a certain timespan, so I would have rather gone to another shop for the book. Now i'm left with the feeling they do not Care about service as long as I buy the book with them and not at another store.
