So far, not good. Ordered two (2) textbooks more than two weeks ago with delivery in Standard BH Anspach. Since then... nothing. Email sent twice. Nothing. Not professional.

Helemaal niks positiefs.
I have been waiting for my missing books for almost 2 months now.
