β β β β β A bus for a business group was booked fairly in advance and payment was done prior service. On the day of travel, no bus showed up and nobody didn't even try to call us and inform that there is a problem. We were found out in the street with 35 people rushing to a business meeting and no transport solution. One month later I still haven't heard back from them about the reimbursement. Terrible customer service!
