★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of the 4 shelters we attempted to visit this one was open, and had animals available for adoption. Paperwork was a breeze, staff was friendly, and even friendlier once it became clear we weren't just window shopping. :-D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely not friendly and the person in charge (30/1/21) didn't even do an effort to talk to us in our language, i.e. Flemish. We were told that they would not accept the cat (of an elderly lady who just passed away) although this is stipulated in their charter. Shame on you !!!
