 The camp where I have been all the way was the best moment of my 11 year life, the monitors are great just like the activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service. Ze bieden hun zomerkalender aan, maken inschrijvingen mogelijk en meer dan een week later melden ze doodleuk dat kampje toch niet zal doorgaan omwille van een vage, flauwe en zeker niet onoverkomelijke reden.
Bad service. They offer their summer calendar, enable registrations and more than a week later they casually announce that the camp will not take place for some vague, silly and certainly not insurmountable reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoon werd ingeschreven voor een kamp toestelturnen deze zomer. Bij navraag naar het aantal jongens dat zou deelnemen, bleek het slechts om twee jongens te gaan. Ze moesten dan maar met de meisjes meeturnen. Dit zijn echter volledig andere toestellen en disciplines. We hebben het kamp geannuleerd en deze kwestie aangekaart, maar tot op heden geen antwoord op gehad (en enkele honderden euro's kwijt...). Gemiste kans voor Sporta: geef je klanten een tegoed EN antwoord en je ziet ze terug. Onze kinderen naar alle waarschijnlijkheid niet...
Son was signed up for an apparatus gymnastics camp this summer. When asked about the number of boys who would participate, it turned out to be only two boys. Then they had to go gymnastics with the girls. However, these are completely different devices and disciplines. We canceled the camp and raised this issue, but so far have not had an answer (and lost several hundred euros...). Missed opportunity for Sporta: give your customers a credit AND answer and you will see them again. Our kids probably don't...
