★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si pas 5, c'est parce que le contact center est très difficilement joignable (2 essais pour rien, 3ème essai: après 21 minutes d'attente une réponse). J'ai été tranférée vers le bureau de Malmedy où on a su m'aider de suite.
If not 5, it is because the contact center is very difficult to reach (2 attempts for nothing, 3rd attempt: after 21 minutes of waiting for a response). I was transferred to Malmedy's office where they were able to help me straight away.
