★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super tolles eingerichtes Appartement mit einer netten Hausherrin und einem tollen Frühstück. Der Garten ist mit einem Wasserlauf angelegt und man hört keinen Verkehrslärm. Ist wärmstens weiter zu empfehlen.
Super great furnished apartment with a nice hostess and a great breakfast. The garden is created with a stream and you can hear no traffic noise. Is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Située près du Musée des Beaux-arts et de son parc cetre chambre d'hôtes est à 20mn du centre-ville à pied et à 800m du tram ligne 1 arrêt veergrep. Bien que longeant une avenue fréquentée la maison est bien isolée. Accueil sympathique, petit-déjeuner fourni servi au rez-de-chaussée chez la propriétaire. Chambres au 1er et 2ème bien décorées. Une bouilloire dans les chambres et un petit effort supplémentaire pour la netteté des sanitaires seraient un plus.
Located near the Museum of Fine Arts and its park this bed and breakfast is 20 minutes from the city center on foot and 800m from tram line 1 veergrep stop. Although along a busy avenue the house is well insulated. Friendly welcome, breakfast provided served on the ground floor at the owner's. 1st and 2nd rooms well decorated. A kettle in the rooms and a little extra effort to clean the sanitary would be a plus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aangename b&b op de rand van gent, op wandelafstand van het centrum of eventueel met de bus die stopt om de hoek. Linda is een zeer aangename gastvrouw. Ruime kamer met alle voorzieningen. De drukke baan geeft natuurlijk wat lawaai....
Pleasant b & b on the outskirts of Ghent, within walking distance of the center or possibly with the bus that stops around the corner. Linda is a very pleasant hostess. Spacious room with all amenities. The busy lane of course gives some noise ....

very noisy due to room located directly over highway and busy bus stop.
upon arrival was told only one guest expected, but host said it didn’t matter
the next day i produced proof the reservation was for maximum two guests, not one.
only upon leaving did linda insist i pay an extra €50
(the same problem happened before but i was told before checking in that the rate had increased)
i felt it very unfair that she was not up front with me because i had better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 1 night. A very nice B & B, which is conveniently located. In front of it is the bus stop to the two Ghent railway stations. All the sights are about 15-20 minutes on foot, but there is also a convenient bus stop right in front of the hotel.
Lovely house. Cosy rooms with well-chosen interior facing the garden.
The room & B bathroom was very nice and clean.Wi-Fi works well.
Linda is a great and very friendly host. The breakfast is very nice, good quality, nice the fresh orange juice and freshly baked croissants with different stuffing.
Good value for money.
I would recommend the place and would stay there again if I will visit Ghent again.
