★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er wordt bij het maken van voeding (broodje/panini) niet gelet op hygiëne... Ze ontvangen geld en gaan dan naar de volgende klant. Nooit gezien dat ze bij het wisselen van handelingen hun handen ontsmetten of wassen. Jammer
 When making food (sandwich / panini), hygiene is not taken into account ... They receive money and then go to the next customer. Never seen them disinfect or wash their hands when switching operations. Unfortunately

Met duidelijke tegenzin en onbeleefdheid werden mijn barcodes, die ik op papier bij had, gescand.
Het laatste pakketje werd niet meegegeven. Er werd nauwelijks gekeken naar de papieren dus hoogstwaarschijnlijk zelfs niet gescand.
Op kerstavond dus een kind van 3 moeten teleurstellen dat haar cadeautje nog in de spar lag.
Zondag 26/12 een nieuwe poging gedaan om het pakketje te halen. Nu via een smartphone zodat men zeker al niet kan klagen over de papieren barcode.
Dit keer lag de server ‘plat’. Kan gebeuren, maar het overbrengen van die boodschap kon veel vriendelijker. Toen ik, kwaad maar beleefd, uitlegde wat er vrijdag gebeurd was, kreeg ik enkel de boodschap, mét rollende ogen, dat ze er niet kon aan doen. Er was geen tijd om weerwoord of uitleg te geven, de bediende was meteen weg.
Zó’n 2 onvriendelijke bediendes heb ik nog nooit gehad!
2 servants VERY unfriendly.
With obvious reluctance and rudeness, my barcodes, which I had on paper, were scanned.
The last package was not delivered. The papers were hardly looked at, so most likely not even scanned.
So on Christmas Eve, a 3-year-old had to disappoint that her present was still in the spruce.
Sunday 26/12 made another attempt to get the package. Now via a smartphone so that people can certainly not complain about the paper barcode.
This time the server was down. Could happen, but getting that message across could be a lot friendlier. When I, angry but polite, explained what had happened on Friday, all I got was the message, with eyes rolling, that she couldn't help it. There was no time to reply or explain, the servant left immediately.
I have never had such 2 unfriendly servants!
