★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been with this practice for over 10 years. My initial (very good) doctor was kicked out by Dr. Robeet and I stayed with her. During the years, I shared my most personal and intimate issues in life with her and she was giving me advice on top of the generalist checks (even though every time a bit rushed because she's always late). Until I got stuck in Paris due to covid and needed the simple regular prescription for my pill. She sends the prescription AND a bill for a full medical check as if I were in her cabinet. And when I argued that this was exaggerated (but still paid it), she sent a rather rude email and told me the trust was broken (I was firm but never impolite with her). Well, you broke it for 30 euros and after 10 years of my loyalty. Now, I booked an urgent appointment and she refused to see me and kicked me out of her practice without even caring whether I needed urgent treatment. This is utterly unprofessional and against deontological rules!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Next to impossible to even reach them by phone. Straight to voicemail 25 calls in a row, and far from the first time.
Overcharges for appointments, even 1 minute phone calls.
During several several years, the gp was late for EVERY appointment. Expect a 15-20 minute wait every time you go there. Weird cash payments required aswell.
Can’t recommend!
