Des délais de réponse de plusieurs semaines, tentatives de m'imposer des frais lorsque les assureurs eux-mêmes décident de me rembourser -merci à l'Ombudsman pour son intervention- pour une année d'immobilisation du véhicule. A éviter à tout prix !!!!!!
The worst experience of my life as a biker. Response times of several weeks, attempts to charge me fees when the insurers themselves decide to reimburse me - thank you to the Ombudsman for his intervention - for a year of immobilization of the vehicle. To avoid at all costs !!!!!!
