Habitant à 1h30 de chez vous, je ne suis pas allé au magasin, mais j'ai commandé par internet. Réponse à mes message très rapide, prix imbattables, livraison rapide. Plus que satisfait en tout point. Communication un peut difficile ne parlant pas trop le néerlandais et Frans ne parlant pas trop le Français le seule point négatif. Mais si tout le monde fait un effort on y arrive. If you are looking for bargain prices you have come to the right place. Communication a little difficult not speaking too much Dutch and Frans not speaking too much French the only negative point. But if everyone makes an effort, we get there.

En belangrijk, ze hebben een eigen hersteldienst!!! Door het grote verschil was het meer dan de moeite om van het diepe Limburg naar Denderhoutem te rijden. Vraag zéker ook via e-mail voor de beste prijs. Klein winkeltje, vriendelijke mensen en bediening. We bought an LG device there almost 30% cheaper than in other stores. Was already my second device that I bought there. And importantly, they have their own repair service!!! Because of the big difference it was more than worth the effort to drive from the deep Limburg to Denderhoutem. Be sure to ask for the best price by e-mail. Small shop, friendly people and service.

a	ankur dahiya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Deals & Quick responses Initially I was skeptical (Sorry Ann) seeing their website as I only prefer to buy from the sites which offer paypal payment option as you know paypal saves you from the fraud and you can ask for refund from paypal (this is what I have experienced couple of times when vendors either failed to deliver or sent fake items). PayPal allows you to dispute your payments and submit a refund request up to 180 days from the moment of purchase. I have exercised this option couple of times and I recommend in cases of doubt please check site reviews and if the site provides PayPal payment option go for it. Now coming to Frans De Smet experience, I must say as I checked myself they are in the authorized seller list of LG, SAMSUNG in case you are like me who cross verify before putting in your hard earned money for online purchase. Although they don´t support PayPal payment option but my first hand experience was awesome and I recommend to buy from them as they are the one having genuine deals online plus the products are fresh unlike other sites which sells unboxed or returned/refurbished products for couple of bucks less. Mrs. Ann is very supportive and provides as much information as possible to finalize your product. The delivery was as per the commitment (which was next business day) even during this busy Black Friday deals season. Laagste Prijs (and they really mean it) :) Trust has built now :)
