★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirigi me a este estabelecimento as 9h30 da manhã pra substituir apenas o filtro de combustível da viatura que conduzia. Tratava se de um Scania R 500 . Este tipo de serviço em qualquer oficina leva cerca de 10 minutos como máximo a efetuar. O senhor da receção da oficina diz me que tenho de esperar cerca de 6h pra poderem efetuar o referido serviço. Ou seja esperar até as 15h30 cerca de 6 horas de espera pra efetuar um serviço que tarda no máximo 10 min. Inadmissível. Espero que os responsáveis da Scania tenham em atenção factos como este é não permitam ir situações como esta possam acontecer.
I went to this establishment at 9:30 am to replace only the fuel filter of the vehicle I was driving. It was a Scania R 500. This type of service in any workshop takes about 10 minutes at most. The man at the reception desk tells me that I have to wait around 6 am to be able to carry out the service. In other words, wait until 15:30 about 6 hours of waiting to perform a service that takes a maximum of 10 minutes. Inadmissible. I hope that those responsible for Scania pay attention to facts like this and do not allow situations like this to happen.
