★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Złożyłam zamówienie na cześć do odkurzacza, które po zapewnieniu sprzedawcy miało przyjść po maximum tygodniu, niestety po dwóch tygodniach żadnych wiadomości i żadnego przykro mi, czy coś w tym stylu. Ja i mój syn jesteśmy alergikami więc bardzo potrzebowaliśmy tej części. Jestem bardzo zawiedziona na ich serwisie. W obecnej sytuacji pandemii chciałam dac zarobić jakiejś firmie, niestety będę zmuszona zamówić ta część przez amazon i czekać ponownie na dostawę.
I placed an order in honor of the vacuum cleaner, which after providing the seller was to come after a maximum of a week, unfortunately after two weeks no messages and no sorry, or something like that. Me and my son are allergic so we needed this part badly. I am very disappointed on their site. In the current pandemic situation I wanted to earn some company, unfortunately I will be forced to order this part from amazon and wait for delivery again.

Je n'étais pas encore client chez eux (achat d'une maison déjà équipée en Bosch) et pourtant ils ont bien voulu intervenir puis j'ai acheté sans hésiter un lave vaisselle chez eux. Prix fournisseurs avec reduction et service en plus
François and his team are very competent and friendly. I was not yet a customer with them (buying a house already equipped with Bosch) and yet they were kind enough to intervene then I bought without hesitation a dishwasher from them. Supplier prices with reduction and additional service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tot op heden zeer tevreden en dit al 3 generaties lang. Alleen jammer dat alles wat stuk gaat binnen garantie zelf door de klant moet opgelost worden. Als je dan een tv net buiten garantie binnenbrengt voor herstelling, wat op zich geen probleem is, maar dan 5 weken na het binnenbrengen van dit toestel te horen krijgt dat ik bij transport de binnenkant van het scherm gebarsten heb,.....Je koopt dan een nieuw toestel, krijgt omzeggens geen commerciele geste en ze durven blijven beweren dat dit bij transport gebeurde,.....Ik had van hun dienst naverkoop wel iets anders verwacht moet ik zeggen. Dan koop je lokaal en niet bij een keten en dan krijg je deze service. Jammer,....
Very satisfied to date and this for 3 generations. It's just a pity that everything that breaks within the warranty must be resolved by the customer himself. If you then bring in a TV just out of warranty for repair, which is not a problem in itself, but then 5 weeks after bringing in this device you are told that I cracked the inside of the screen during transport, ..... You buys a new device, does not get a commercial gesture and they dare to claim that this happened during transport, ..... I would have expected something different from their after-sales service, I must say. Then you buy locally and not at a chain and then you get this service. Unfortunately,....
