I think it's really bad that they don't give privacy to let you get dressed. I actually expected more from them during the care.

Felt so much pain when removing the cuticles, big gap between the gel and the skin, never remove the remaining gel underneath the nail, asked for one color and left with another, keep talking to each other and mess the order of the gels, chair so high compared to the streacher that gave me back pain and why a streacher rather than a proper table? And when you kindly mentioned that something is not right, they just keep doing the same...
