Vorig jaar is mijn voorste kruisband gescheurd op de zaalvoetbal.
Na bezoek aan de huisdokter en specialist in het ziekenhuis heb ik onmiddellijk contact opgenomen met Sofie om mij klaar te stomen voor de operatie .
Volgend op de geslaagde operatie en enkele kiné sessies aan huis ben ik met volle moed begonnen aan de revalidatie bij Kinesitherapie Sofie.
Ik moet zeggen een super begeleiding !
Veel afwisseling en leuke oefeningen en dat allemaal in een zeer leuke sfeer.

Physiotherapy Sofie (Physico).
Last year my anterior cruciate ligament ruptured in indoor football.
After a visit to the doctor and specialist in the hospital, I immediately contacted Sofie to prepare myself for the operation.
Following the successful operation and a few physiotherapy sessions at home, I started the rehabilitation at Kinesitherapy Sofie with full courage.
I have to say super guidance!
Lots of variety and fun exercises, all in a very nice atmosphere.
