Je n'ai pas eu le camion que j'avais demandée,passons mais le monsieur a ete fort desagreable et m'a limite fais xomprendre qu'au moins j'avais une camionnette ( hors je voulais un camion pour avoir l'elevateur) donc je pouvais être contente. Celui-ci ne m'a donné aucune directive ou explication, il n'a pas fait le tour avec moi, aucun état des lieux hors il y avait certains coups qui pouvaient m'être facturé par la suite. Il n'a pas relevé les kilometres et ne m'a rien dit concernant le carburant. Il a juste désinfecté vite la camionnette et c'est tout. Franchement decue cette fois ci. Rather disappointed by my last experience with them. I did not have the truck that I had requested, let's move on but the gentleman was very unpleasant and limited me make me understand that at least I had a van (except I wanted a truck to have the lift) so I could be happy. He did not give me any instructions or explanation, he did not go around with me, no inventory except there were certain strokes that could be invoiced to me afterwards. He did not record the kilometers and told me nothing about the fuel. He just quickly disinfected the van and that's it. Frankly disappointed this time.

L'employé très sympa m'a fait les papiers en vitesse et s'est excusé plusieurs fois de la vieillesse du camion qui lui restait et qu'il n'avait plus pour habitude de louer (qui roulait sans soucis et hayon fonctionnel, juste 146000km au compteur). Tarif correct et remboursement de la caution dans le délai annoncé. Truck rented at the last minute following the false plan of a mover. The very nice employee quickly did the papers for me and apologized several times for the old age of the truck that was left to him and that he no longer used to rent (which drove without worries and tailgate functional, just 146000km on the clock). Correct price and refund of the deposit within the announced deadline.
