Deze zaak draaide enkel op leugens en loze beloftes! Zo beloofde ze ons na de eerste lockdown het bedrag terug te storten van de maand dat ze gesloten waren. Het is vandaag 7december en nog steeds geen terugbetaling gekregen. Ook over het stopzetten van ons lidmaatschap doen ze heel moeilijk. Alsof er plots geen personeel is om dit in orde te brengen in deze tijden waar alles net digitaal moet gebeuren! For the newbies who are very passionate about working out here at Snap Fitness! 1 GOLDEN TIP! Stay out of here! This case was all about lies and empty promises! For example, after the first lockdown, she promised to refund the amount of the month they were closed. Today is December 7th and still no refund has been received. They are also very difficult about terminating our membership. As if suddenly there are no staff to take care of this in these times where everything has to be done digitally!

Always space and time to finish your own training efficiently and quickly. Also a super nice team that works at Snap Fitness. Highly recommended!

Maar de zaakvoerder heeft 0,0% verstand van zaken doen! Hij heeft zeer goede coaches laten gaan! Ik ga geen namen noemen voor de privacy van deze mensen! Maar ik ben blij dat ik eindelijk na zoveel "Beloofde Compensaties" die nooit waar zijn gemaakt mijn abonnement heb kunnen opzeggen. Nooit zetten we hier nog een stap binnen! Wie een eerlijke en professionele fitness zoekt raad ik Serbatoio aan! Die weten tenminste waar ze mee bezig zijn! We have thought about writing a review for a long time, but everyone has the right to know that we enjoyed coming to the gym here the first year. But the manager has 0.0% business sense! He has let go of very good coaches! I'm not going to name names for the privacy of these people! But I'm glad that after so many "Promised Compensations" that never came true, I was finally able to cancel my subscription. We will never step in here again! I recommend Serbatoio to anyone looking for an honest and professional fitness! At least they know what they are doing!

Een contract is een contract, punt. Met het nieuw gemotiveerd, dynamisch en tof personeel, leuke initiatieven en door er allemaal onze schouders onder te zetten is en wordt dit een topclub!!! C	Cristian Murari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is well equipped with 98% of the things you could reasonably need. It's always really clean and the staff is friendly. It's really advantageous that it is open 24/7 for the members, with plenty of staffed hours for the newbies. It's never too busy and every member was really friendly and polite so far. It is about €10 per month more expensive than a lot of other gym's, but you're paying for the premium experience, to say so.
