Étant membre du corps médical d'un des hôpitaux de la capitale belge, j'ai profité lors de ma pause de commander, via l'application takeaway, un snack au sein du restaurant "Gürsoo" de schaerbeek ,situé exactement à 900m à pieds de mon lieu de travail.
Résultats négatifs :
1) Délai de 1h00 de retard

2) Mauvaise communication avec les clients
3) Mensonges sur les préparations
4) Délit de mise en danger d'autrui en vendant des aliments non cuits (voir images)
5) livreur différent de celui de base, ce qui retarde encore plus.
Résultat positif :
- Après 6 appels et plus d'1h d'attente, la commande, négligée, est en route et est finalement livrée.
Conclusion,
Cet établissement nécessite un contrôle sanitaire ainsi que de revoir les critères de base qui constituent un restaurant, sans quoi , la fermeture prolongée de cet établissement est nécessaire.

Being a member of the medical corps of one of the hospitals in the Belgian capital, I took advantage during my break to order, via the takeaway application, a snack in the restaurant "Gürsoo" in schaerbeek, located exactly 900m on foot from my workplace.
Negative results:
1) 1 hour delay

2) Poor communication with customers
3) lies about preparations
4) Crime of endangering others by selling uncooked food (see images)
5) different delivery man than the basic one, which delays even more.
Positive result:
- After 6 calls and more than 1 hour of waiting, the neglected order is on the way and is finally delivered.
Conclusion,
This establishment requires a sanitary control as well as a review of the basic criteria which constitute a restaurant, otherwise, the prolonged closure of this establishment is necessary.
