★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This sluis (ship lock? Boat passage between 2 bodies of water with different height) is located just before the river Dender meets the Schelde.
It has a nice little crossing, not very busy with boats nor people crossing.
Area with a lot of space, few cars passing on each of the siding roads, plenty of nature and farms around, and of course the river.
