De infrastructuur zat goed in elkaar. Er was ook veel hulp bij het opzetten van de omgeving.
Maar de kosten waren astronomisch, Amazon is al niet goedkoop, en zij vragen een toelage om wat software-updates te doen.
Voor de rest zat er niets in die prijs, en er werd zelfs niets aangeboden om zonder kosten een nieuwe versie te deployen.
Uurprijs is dan 95/uur, en dat werk wordt uitbesteed aan goedkope werkkrachten in het buitenland.
Op de drukste dag van het jaar was de site down, en gelukkig had ik het gezien. Want zij hadden blijkbaar een alert niet juist ingesteld.
Na wat rondbellen, werd er wel direct op gereageerd.

The infrastructure was well put together. There was also a lot of help in setting up the environment.
But the cost was astronomical, Amazon already isn't cheap, and they charge a grant to do some software updates.
For the rest, there was nothing in that price, and nothing was even offered to deploy a new version at no cost.
Hourly rate is 95 / hour, and that work is outsourced to cheap workers abroad.
On the busiest day of the year, the site was down, and luckily I saw it. Because apparently they had not set an alert correctly.
After some phone calls, there was an immediate response.
