Très bon suivi des véhicules et travaille bien effectué même plus que ce qu’il faut , personnel très compétent et sympathique , si je dois racheté un nouveau véhicule mon choix et fais .
Tous petits bémol , pas toujours facile de les joindre

Very good vehicle tracking and work well done even more than what it takes, very knowledgeable and friendly staff, if I have to buy a new vehicle my choice and do.
Very small downside, not always easy to reach them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TRES TRES déçu Zéro pointé pour l'organisation " explications" 2 rendez-vous car pas de commande du joint portière pour le 1er rendez-vous . Au deuxième rendez-vous afin d'éviter la prise d'un véhicule de remplacement le responsable carrosserie m'a confirmé que mon véhicule serait prêt pour 11H, heure à laquelle je me suis présenté "MAIS PAS ENCORE COMMENCE" et on m'a téléphoné à 13h 45 pour récupération.
Suite à cela j'ai raté mon rendez-vous chez mon médecin qui lui était à l'heure.
FELICITATIONSSSSS pour L'ORGANISATION
VERY VERY disappointed Zero points for the organization "explanations" 2 appointments because no order for the door seal for the 1st appointment. At the second appointment, in order to avoid having to take a replacement vehicle, the bodywork manager confirmed that my vehicle would be ready for 11 a.m., at which time I showed up "BUT NOT YET STARTED" and I was told phoned at 1:45 p.m. for collection.
Following this I missed my appointment with my doctor who was on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 3 emails , and 10 phone call nobody wants to help regarding a control for a car that was selled from them and done all service with them as garage , they pass everything like we call you back but nobody is Calling back , i call them after another number only to ask them if they can give me details about a new car to order , sudently they are availble to stay 2 h on the phone send emails with details pictures etc , shame on them
