★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited last week with a mechanical problem after 4 week wait. Part unavailable so they ordered it. I was told they would call once in stock and it was implied it would be fitted quickly. 8 days later and no phone call, I tried calling them. I was given two direct numbers to call the relevant individuals. But after multiple failed attempts, I visited in person. I was informed they are no longer answering the phone (neither their automated call system nor the individual I spoke to said anything about this), that my part had been delivered but the next appointment was 4 weeks away in mid August. I understand it’s difficult at the moment, but I regard this as exceptionally poor service at multiple stages in my ultimately unsuccessful attempt to get a basic repair. I’ll be going elsewhere in future.
UPDATE 27/7: I tried emailing the address below. Message failed to be delivered because “the remote server is misconfigured”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a car here but I wouldn't call it a "sale" it was rather "Acquisition of vehicle in exchange for funds" as calling this process a sale would be a disgrace for all people who actually put themselves into selling and want the customer to be happy.

I have written enough emails already that were ignored, why this time it should be different? I can only tell you that it was a bad, unprofessional experience that costed me some money extra due to the way that things were processed on your side. I took sales, financing and insurance at one place: Skoda Zaventem. There was no person responsible for whole process of sales: sales doesn't care about delivery, delivery doesn't care what sales promised, sales doesn't care about financing and insurance doesn't get information for either (which for example resulted in the fact that I received my insurance a month after I purchased a car, as they apparently forgot about me). It is a mess and nobody is responsible for anything as long as money transfer is made.
The system is badly designed and managed but its not my role as customer to tell you what you need to fix. If you really care about the reasons of my comment please contact me, you have all the needed information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was there to check engine oil level, and after an hour waiting for repair. i have been told it is ok then complete breakdown on highway after 20 minutes driving due to coolant liquid shortage and my cruze control not working for software issues and temperature of car went up 120°C the car is only 24000 km new Karoq , am too disappointed
